These had to be signed, configured for partial trust, and added to the Global Assembly Cache and the Machine Config file to ensure that they could work in an environment of partial trust. FusionWare Integration ServerThis is an XML-based B2B Integration Server written in Java. This server is an ESB that provides a full web services stack. I am the chief architect of this product. As part of this we provided the following connectors:
.NET-based ATM Packet DriverDone on contract for a customer, this product allows up to 255 ATM machines to simultaneously queue up requests for a limited number of costly legacy database connections. It uses the .NET asynchronous methods for queuing, and uses semaphores to control the resource utilization. Fincentric's Wealthview Banking Developers KitAccomplishments:
eTools ODBC, JDBC, OleDB, JavaAdapter and DASThis is a series of specialized tools to provider industry-standards based access to non-FNF, non-relational legacy multivalued (PICK) databases. It includes a full-featured ANSI-92 compatible SQL engine and mapping layer. I was the primary architect for these products (with lots of early help from other founders of the company, including Antoon Houben, John Hunter, and a guest appearance from Jim Tivy to help with the parser). Selected parts of this product is shipped with every Dealer Management System distributed by Reynolds and Reynolds, who claim to provide 60% of the Dealer Management Systems in North America. eTools is also used by Elizabeth Arden Salons, the US Army and many other companies around the world. PK Harmony, PC-Harmony, PC-Link, MAI-Link, Thoroughbred-Link, Wang-Link...I was development manager for this series of products, happened to be involved in the first genesis of all these products, and was the architect of the flavour that was developed for multivalued systems (PK Harmony). This product was distributed to most Libraries in North America, among other customers. |
